Mrs Danielle Brocklebank ARAD RTS
Danielle started dance training at the age of 4 completing several dance grades with the BBO and IDTS in the UK, before taking up a more formal dance training after moving to Australia. Receiving high marks in dance examinations up to Advanced 2 RAD Ballet, Advanced 1 ISTD Tap, Advanced 2 ISTD Modern and ISTD Gold Jazz. Danielle was also accepted into the Specialist Dance Programme at Balcatta Senior High School, where she studied several dance styles including contemporary, Spanish, Ballet, Jazz and Tap from year 8 through to Year 12. In her final year of high school, Danielle was one of two dancers in 2003 from Australia to successfully audition for one of the most reputable performing arts college's in London, Bird College.

Danielle decided to stay in Australia and continue her teaching studies, and after two years of studying dance full time, Danielle registered for the Certificate of Ballet Teaching studies through the Royal Academy of Dance and became a qualified registered ballet teacher. Danielle opened Black Swan Dance Company in 2013 with the desire to create a warm and welcoming environment for students of all ages and abilities, a second home and a big dance family.
Miss Georgia Brocklebank
RAD RTS, Adv Dip of Performing Arts
Georgia was born into the dancing world, and couldn't wait to get into dance class like Danielle. Starting classes as a tiny tot at 2 years of age. It quickly became obvious at the age of 10 that dancing was her passion and obsession. Georgia was one of Miss Danielle's first ever students and followed her to Black Swan Dance Company when it opened in 2013. In 2012 Georgia was accepted into the specialist dance program at Balcatta SHS, where she studied many dance genres. In 2018 Georgia was accepted into Principal Academy of Dance and Theatre Arts where she studied full-time dance and graduated in 2019 with an Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts. In 2019 Georgia also graduated from the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies course which allowed her to become a registered teacher with the RAD. Georgia also holds her qualifications with PBT, RSD, First Aid and WWCC.
Miss Emilee Erikson
2nd Year CBTS Student
Emilee commenced dance training at the age of 3 at the Canterbury Ballet in New Zealand. She travelled to Germany to perform many dance works with the specialised dance team at Irene McCormack Catholic College in 2013. With an obvious passion for dance, particularly ballet, Emilee progressed over the years with dancing and found a love in working with children, teaching in many areas including dance mentor and guest choreographer in secondary schools. She has worked alongside Year 7, 8 and 9 students at Irene McCormack Catholic College to choreograph and compete in The Catholic Performing Arts Festival, where she achieved Honours for her choreography. Emilee started teaching at Black Swan Dance Company in 2016.

Emilee has studied and completed RAD and ATOD examinations over the past 17 years. Emilee is PBT accredited and currently completing her second year in the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies through the Royal Academy of Dance.
